We have a room block at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel (the reception venue) where our guests can book rooms at a discounted rate from 02/04/2025 - 02/12/2025. We recommend you stay at least Friday (02/07/2025) and Saturday (02/08/2025), but you are also welcome to come earlier and stay later and make the most of your visit to Boston!
To qualify for the discounted rate, bookings must be made no later than January 8th, 2025. After this time, rooms may still be available (but we cannot guarantee the discount).
The hotel is right in the middle of Back Bay with convenient access to the subway system (the T) and is a great home-base from which to explore the city. We hope you have a lovely time there!
Fly into Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
You can get to the hotel via Uber, Lyft, Taxi, or by using one of the public transit options.
Private car
In addition to Uber and Lyft, the taxi system is pretty good, and can be faster and cost-competitive from the airport. If you're arriving late at night (after 11pm), the taxis can be more reliable.
Public transit Option 1: Logan Express Back Bay
Recommended: Logan Express Back Bay. This is free when traveling from the airport and takes you to 1-block away from the hotel. Follow signage to the terminal curb. These leave every half-hour from 6am to 10pm. You can also use this to return to the airport, but it costs $3. Buy tickets online at the link here: Logan Express Info
Public transit Option 2: The T (Boston's subway)
Alternative option: The T (Boston's public transit system). This is less straightforward, so it would be best to Google Map it if you're planning to do this. The last bus and train should service the Logan-to-downtown route around midnight.
To get to the hotel you can either:
(1) Follow signage for the On-Airport Shuttle and take Route 22, 33, 55, or 66 to Airport Station. From there, take the Blue Line to State. Transfer to the Orange Line and take it to Back Bay. This costs $2.40 to be paid at Airport station (the shuttle to Airport station is free).
(2) Follow signage for the Silver Line 1 (SL1), which will pick you up at the terminal curb. Take this to South Station. Transfer to the Red Line and take it to Downtown Crossing. Transfer to the Orange Line and take it to Back Bay. This is free when traveling from the airport.
Back Bay station is 1-block away from the hotel.
T fares are $2.40 one way in general.
Boston is famous for many things, but an abundance of parking is not one of them.
We recommend either taxi, ride apps, or riding the subway (named "the T"). For a map of the T, click here. T fares are $2.40 one way in general.
The hotel is equidistant from the "Copley" stop on the Green line and the "Back Bay" stop on the Orange line.
